Where it all began
As a young, sensitive boy from Basildon, Essex, I navigated through life feeling like an outsider, despite having all that I needed. I found myself drifting, always cautious not to burden or inconvenience anyone around me.
The one thing that truly fascinated me was what I later discovered to be spirituality and healing. However, despite my utmost efforts, fear of ridicule held me back, causing me to bury those passions deep within myself. Occasionally, they would resurface, subtly reminding me of their presence, which again I never pursued.
During my journey through my late twenties, as I continued to search for my purpose in life, destiny led me to an extraordinary partner who truly understood me. It was during this time that I secured a deeply fulfilling position at a family-owned business.
Together, we embarked on the beautiful journey of raising two incredible sons, and eventually, our love blossomed into marriage.
Believing that I was flourishing by adhering to societal conventions and meeting others' expectations, I unintentionally set aside my passions and purpose.

What Changed
By 2018, the cracks had started to appear in our marriage, and we both realised we had grown apart. Suppressing my emotions for years took a toll on me, leading to a constant battle within myself.
The weight of unexpressed feelings caused my mind to spiral into a never-ending cycle of overthinking, clouding my judgment and causing me to question every decision I made.
This internal turmoil manifested in toxic behaviours, as I struggled to navigate relationships and maintain a sense of stability. The walls I built around my emotions began to crumble, and I found myself grappling with bouts of anger, frustration, and self-destructive tendencies.
It was my darkest period, I hit rock bottom, thankfully it was during this period that I heard my inner voice urging me to choose: accept who I had become or rediscover my true self. I chose self-discovery, healing, and growth.
Through therapy and self-reflection, I embraced my vulnerabilities and learned to trust the unfolding of my own life. Now, I'm empowered by my experiences and inspired to help others on their own journeys of self-discovery.

Who I Am Now
Now, I am well on my way to becoming the person I was always meant to be - the genuine and authentic Mark. Throughout my personal growth journey, I have experienced a remarkable transformation that has allowed me to fully embrace my true self.
I have taken complete responsibility for my past actions, learning valuable lessons along the way, and releasing the burden of guilt that once weighed me down.
With this newfound clarity, I have come to understand that perfection is merely an illusion and that we are all constantly evolving and growing. Living in the present moment has become of utmost importance to me, cherishing each day as a precious gift and harnessing the power of mindfulness to find inner peace.
Through my healing journey, I have discovered the power to protect my energy by setting boundaries and surrounding myself with positivity. Embracing uncertainty has truly transformed my life, unlocking new potentials and possibilities. My passion for helping others has grown even stronger, and I guide them with the wisdom gained from my own experiences. I am no longer defined by my past or limited by my fears. Living authentically, I am now fully prepared to embrace the future with unwavering determination and compassion, equipped with the necessary tools and wisdom to overcome any challenge.
