I was unsure of what to expect during my first EFT session with Mark and initially felt a bit 'silly', so we focussed on that as a starting point and after round 1 I felt more relaxed and open to the practice. As we went through the process of EFT I was surprised at the amount of emotion that was released from me (tears included). The affirmations that accompanied the tapping where specific to what we were working on (in my case it was abandonment wounds) they were very empowering and as we went through the rounds I felt I began to work through some 'blocks' and came away feeling less like a victim of my abandonment wounds and more empowered. Mark provided a comfortable safe space to practice, offering fresh water and tissues at the ready! He Was prepared for any questions and jotted down things we discussed for us to work on at our next session. He is a knowledgeable practitioner who I can highly recommend. I look forward to my next session
